I just bought the bx25 also with a 54 in mower $18,300 new out of the crate. I called JD for a month and they wouldn’t even give me a price on their new G1 series, I guess JD has so much cash now they don’t need anyone’s business, typical american company, thats why a lot are going out of business. Great tractor, no problems.

To the all those saying it’s small, well of course it is. It’s the BX series and does a hell of a job. It goes BX< B < L < Grand L < M. M’s are for major commercial use.

Will this be good on a BX22?

I’ve had my BX24 for 3.5 years. TLB w/54″ mmm- $17,000. Love it. I’ve dug up 4′ trunk diameter oak stumps and pushed them to my fire pile with it. Done a lot of grading with my box blade. HST works great for mowing. 3 point hitch came with it, no extra charge. HST fun vulnerable though. Don’t operate in brush without a skid plate. BroTeck makes a good one.

@CreazioniPinnacolo Someone who needs one around a large home property but doesn’t want something so huge they can’t garage it. Someone in landscape maintenance (light planting, topdressing, aerating, moving mulch around, etc) who wants to be able to use their standard landscaping maintenance trailer and is maxed out at 3500 lbs GVWR. They also may prefer not to destroy customers’ existing lawns with a heavier machine. Bigger isn’t always better.

nice but too bad all that soils loose if it was hard packed soil that be a different story

  13. CreazioniPinnacolo says:

who in the hell would buy a “tractor” that small. lol

Johndeere uses Kubuda engines on many of their tractor-I will take a Kubuda over dear anyday. For the price of the BX U should just get a real tractor the B-21 replacement- I love my B-21-most rental places buy the B-21 because it’s so strong.

@tyleyboy15 the 3 point hitch kit is optional meaning you have to pay for it but if you buy the machine new they may trough it in or sell it to you at cost depending on the dealer and how much they want the sale.

We are dealers of Kubota engines and spares and have just set up a forum for users to share their experiences and find help with any problems they may have. Check out the forum on our website.

  18. tyleyboy15 says:

question- do these tractors have a three point hitch as well?

  19. RM250D8rzr says:

weve hauled 5 ton boulders out with this little machine with some keep techniqes. amazing what we have made this little machine do. this is just with the old BX 22 as well. the 25 just a newer version

  20. zdawg8394 says:

tractor seems to light to be a true front end or even back hoe, but it does seem nice for a around the house tractor. but they dont stand up to a john deere

  21. Flatline32 says:

@04BlueEJ25 Ouch… That’s a pretty large mark-up from the $15,500 dealer cost ,for that package.

  22. 04BlueEJ25 says:

The bx24 and the bx25 are virtually the same machine there minor differences between the two such as no more plastic pieces on them. My Dealer told me that the brand new BX25 is your best bet. I just purchased a brand new BX25 with a 60inch mid mount mower deck, front loader, and backhoe. All for about $23,000.00. Not bad at all for a loader and backhoe that can also be a lawn mower in itself.

  23. sqhschief says:

    Very nice tractor.
