Coinstar coin counting machine: Our first experience!
This was our first experience with the Coinstar coin counting machine, found in many grocery stores, in this case, Star Supermarket, School St, Honolulu, Hawaii. This young Japanese boy really enjoys searching for rare coins. Some minutes before, I indulged his interest and purchased worth of pennies and of nickels at the bank. He sorted through them, and found a few pennies and nickels he liked. The problem then was how to get rid of the change. We went into a supermarket and originally, I was going to just buy some groceries, but then we spotted the Coinstar coin counting machine. He convinced me to try it and so I did, as neither of us had ever tried using one. We got rid of all our pennies and a few nickels.
